Usually something low-risk to test the working relationship. We deliver, you review, we calibrate.

Once you trust the process, projects flow on a steady cadence. Most partners send 1–3 projects per month.

Volume

By your third project, you're on partner pricing. By your tenth, you've effectively got an in-house team.

What agency owners usually ask.

How white-label is white-label, really?

All deliverables come unbranded. We can join your Slack under your domain, use your email signatures, and never appear on client-facing calls unless you bring us in. Your clients never need to know we exist.

Do you work directly with our clients?

Only if you want us to. Most partners prefer to keep client communication on their side. We work from your brief, deliver to you, and you present. Others bring us into calls as their "design and dev lead." Both arrangements work.

What's your capacity?

We comfortably run 6–8 projects in parallel across the team. We turn down work if we can't deliver to standard, so if we say yes, we mean it.

What if we need something fast?

Rush projects are possible with a 25% expedite fee and confirmed availability. Landing pages we can usually turn around in 5–7 days. Full sites need at least 2 weeks even when expedited.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, always. We can sign mutual NDAs before any project details are shared, and standard non-compete clauses if needed.

How do payments work?

50% to start, 50% on completion. We invoice you, you bill your client whatever you want. Bank transfer (US ACH, wire), Stripe, or Wise. We can match your billing cycle if needed.
